Little Rock’s iconoclastic purse museum’s temporary exhibit “Hats & Pins” features glamorous accessories from ESSE’s permanent collection and private collections. A free Mad Hatter Tea Party is set for 4-7 p.m. Sept. 19; hats encouraged. General admission is $10; $8 for students, seniors and military.
