Glam metal aficionados know the history: Guns N’ Roses formed in 1985 as a combination of two L.A. upstart bands — L.A. Guns and Hollywood Rose (Axl Rose, Izzy Stradlin, et al). But the Guns members — Tracii Guns, Rob Gardner and Ole Beich — either quit or were fired soon after GNR formed and went back to L.A. Gun-ing. There’ve been dozens of incarnations of the band over the last 35 years. The one coming to Vino’s features Tracii Guns and longtime lead singer Phil Lewis. You can count on ’em playing classics like “The Ballad of Jayne,” “Electric Gypsy” and “Sex Action.” Iron Tongue, Little Rock’s favorite purveyors of heavy rock music, open the show.
