10 a.m.-5 p.m. Wed.-Fri., 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Sat. June 6-July 31.
Art exhibition and installations, staged theater readings, spoken word, music ensembles, an instrument-making workshop: That’s Fenix Fayetteville’s two-month lineup in partnership with the Walton on Arts Center’s Artosphere 2019, which brings dozens of artists and performers to venues all over Northwest Arkansas. The Fenix visual and performing arts festival kicks off four days before Artosphere with installations by Ed Pennebaker, Aimee Papazian and Craig Colorusso, whose “Sun Boxes” generate music from solar rays. Octavio Logo and Eugene Sargent will paint a mural on the east wall of 16 W. Center St., and on June 14, Chris Teal and Quintopus will perform (7-9 p.m.). Receptions are 5-8 p.m. June 6 and 5-8 p.m. July 4. More information on the Fenix Facebook page.
