The Historic Arkansas Museum exhibits its collection of rare quilts stitched by Arkansas women, some dating to the antebellum period. In conjunction with the show, Carey Voss, curator of exhibits, will give a talk, “Not Your Grandmother’s Quilt: The True History of Quilting in Early Arkansas,” separating fact from fiction about quilting, from 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21.
